A comprehensive class that teaches you the proper way to measure and cut fabric, how to obtain an accurate 1/4" seam
allowance, and the correct way to "press" not iron your pieces. You will learn how to make half square triangle and
quarter square triangle units and get some experience with strip piecing. You will be making the table-runner shown
below. The kit will contain everything you'll need to complete the top Backing and batting are not included but you
should have enough border fabric left for the binding.
Watch for more details. There will be a small fee for this class because of it's length and the handouts. Cost for kit will
be for fabric only. You must have a sewing machine with a quarter-inch foot attachment and a basic knowledge of
general sewing. This class we be over several weeks time, perhaps five or more weeks. You will not be rushed and can
work at your own speed. We want you to learn and learning takes time. Only accepting 4 day students and 4 evening
students so if you want in, please call now to be assured a spot.

$50 includes fabric kit and a Quilt-in-a-Day Triangle Square up Ruler. If you have this ruler, deduct $11. You will need
additional rulers if you do not already own them. A class supply list will be handed out the first session. Please don't

We are trying out a few new styles incorporating the Stack and Whack method of cutting. Everyone's probably tired of the
normal Dresden one pictured above, so we thought we'd try a star or something along those lines. Any suggestions would

This type of quilt has gone over extremely well with our customers. If enough interest is shown, we will repeat this class,
probably using brown and beige or blue and beige colors.
